General Rules

• Updates = modifying details of a created Convene (timing, place, or limits).
• Joining limit is per user, across all active Convenes.
• All limits reset automatically based on plan period.
• Downgrading a plan applies new limits immediately; excess convenes remain visible but locked for updates.
• Admin can override limits for promotions or events.
